ExhibitionThe MA-g Awards represent a special recognition of current creativity in the fields of graphic design, photography, and illustration.
To achieve this, each year, the Museum of Avant-garde invites three acclaimed and multi-awarded artists who have been pioneers in their respective fields and promoters of their art worldwide. These artists collaborate with the Museum as exclusive judges in their discipline, so that each edition, the awards carry the name of the judge collaborating for that edition. Since the judges change every edition, their awards truly represent a "once-in-a-lifetime" opportunity for participants to be judged by these living legends.
Moreover, the winning works and shortlisted works will become part of the Museum's contemporary collection and will be exhibited online and during future exhibitions at the Museum.
This year, the MA-g is honored to present three exceptional judges and awards:
The MA-g Awards 2026 Antanas Sutkus for photography
The MA-g Awards 2026Guy Billout for illustration
The MA-g Awards 2026 Rosmarie Tissi for graphic design
The Museum of Avant-garde preserves and promotes the heritage of the avant-garde, movements, art groups, and individual artists who have contributed with their beliefs and work to shaping the cultural and social scene and redefining our understanding of art.
The MA-g Awards are an annual event that honors creativity in graphic design, illustration, and photography, whether in their artistic or commercial nature.
Detailed information on categories, submission requirements, and regulations is available in the registration pack on the official website.
MA-g Awards 2026 – Students can benefit from a 50% discount on entry fees for the relevant discipline and category.
